Reservations & Information

Teams that are staying overnight at MAPS / MSSL Showcases and Tournaments, or MAPS / MSSL hosted events, are required to book lodging through Titan Lodging Company, the official lodging company for all of our events. Failure to comply with this requirement will lead to revocation of a team’s acceptance in the tournament.

MSSL has worked with Titan Lodging to make sure a block of rooms has been reserved to meet MSSL tournament needs throughout the year, even at times that rooms are scarce in the area. However, in order to maintain working relationships with these lodging locations, Titan Lodging must utilize these rooms when appropriate. We appreciate your cooperation with our lodging policies.

CANCELLATIONS: Group bookings may have different cancellation policies than individual bookings at certain hotels. Confirm the cancellation policy upon booking if this is an issue. If you do cancel a room, obtain and record a Cancellation Number, just as you should a Confirmation Number upon booking.
